It's a little pink house perched on the terraces of Lavaux, a pretty winegrower's house in Aran-Villette. Its chef, Denis Velen, prepares gastronomy based on creativity, inventiveness, color and the inspiration of the moment. He creates "whims of the moment" menus. A great deal of research goes into flavors, the blending of products and the surprise of taste. On sunny days, you can enjoy a splendid view from the terrace. We also offer cooking classes on Thursday and Saturday mornings, followed by a tasting menu (check website).
