The last village in Northern Macedonia before Albania on the west coast of Lake Ohrid, Radožda is home to tiny beaches. But it's famous for its fish restaurants and its rock church housing precious medieval frescoes. Radožda is very close to Albania's pretty Lin peninsula, 4 km to the south-east as the crow flies. However, the terrain is such that it requires a long detour of 22 km via Kališta and then the border post of Kafasan-Qafa Thana to reach it. That said, there's plenty of beautiful scenery to be enjoyed here: not only the lake and peninsula of Lin, but also Mount Jablanica, whose peak stands at 2,257 m above sea level, on the border with Albania, near Vevčani. From Radožda, you can explore the foothills on several trails. But the best place to start is from Vevčani or Mali Vlaj/Мали Влај, a hamlet just behind Radožda... but 11 km by road via Kališta.
