Located on the seafront, between the two ports (Porto Sole and the Old Port) on Morgana beach in the center of San Remo, this contemporary building in the shape of a circle tames the sea. Managed by a young, smiling and friendly team, this restaurant offers a cuisine that moves between tradition and discovery. The cotoletta alla milanese and the meringata are sure references as well as the fish cooked simply in order to preserve all its flavor. The exotic side of some dishes will take you on a trip around the world, especially with the sushi and sashimi. The Victory Morgana Bay is also a trendy place for aperitifs, which can be enjoyed on the terrace with a drink accompanied by a very pleasant choice of tapas made in Italy.

Cafard dans l’assiette
Accueil exécrable, on m’as servi des pâtes (au pesto) avec un cafard dedans !! Au début on m’as dit non c’est une mouche (heureusement j’ai pris la foto). Une fois le plat récupérer par la serveuse on m’as traiter de menteur !! Aucun geste de courtoisie sur l’addition et en plus ils se sont « tromper » sur l’addition, ils nous ont mit une bouteille en plus !! Pour couronner le tout des moqueries en Italien entre serveur et responsable pensant que je ne comprend pas l’italien... une note à mettre ? -100.
