In the most prestigious street of San Remo, connected to Colombo Square by the pedestrian zone via Matteotti Street, which is dedicated to shopping and culture, there is the Ariston Theatre, the Borea Palace in Olmo, the Matuziana art gallery and the large casino. Built in 1905 by the French architect Eugène Ferret, the elegant structure is a fine example of the Liberty style, the Art Nouveau style in Italy. While some areas and bars and restaurants are freely accessible, the gaming rooms are strictly supervised. Correct dress required!
