Restaurant open all year round: galettes, crêpes, Normandy specialties
Little by little, the bird is nesting. And when it comes to decor, the restaurant is finding its style. On the table, the promise is all homemade. The plate is gourmet, with Norman specialties (veal escalope, teurgoule), butcher’s cuts, fish (sauerkraut from the sea), as well as burgers and vegetarian dishes. Open all year round, it’s a family affair. Mother and daughter in the kitchen, father and son-in-law serving. Among the new features, galettes and crêpes are making a comeback to everyone’s delight.
