Seafront restaurant with a panoramic terrace in Ouistreham.
A privileged location facing the sea and a panoramic terrace for this restaurant opened in 2020. The stage is set! Make way for the culinary universe blown up in this Voile Blanche: inspiration from everything that makes Normandy, knowledge of products from short circuits and creativity. In the kitchen, chef Benoit Zizek and his brigade are busy serving up a fillet of sea bass in a chorizo crust, with champagne sauce, or a fillet of Normandy beef, with foie gras sauce, parmesan churros and aioli. Semi-gastronomic, but unfortunately not very affordable.

Nous avons pris le menu a 47€ coquilles st jacques en entrée savoureuses, un plat filet de bœuf a l'os a moelle j'ai adoré plat généreux, goûteux et bien présenté.
Mon époux a choisi le homard grillé et s'est régalé avec la sauce au fumet de poisson un délice.
Pour les desserts ,le tout a la pomme très frais et bienvenu après un bon repas et pour ma part aux fruits exotiques très rafraîchissant.
Nous avons passé un moment magnifique et nous reviendrons c'est certain. Une cuisine digne d'un restaurant gastronomique .
Cadre exceptionnel en bord de mer à l'étage, avec grande terrasse.
Réservation recommandée car établissement très demandé et souvent complet.
A visiter sans modération !!!
