This small lakeside village on stilts is one of the most popular tourist spots in Ghana. It has been perfectly preserved and leads today its life dedicated to fishing, adapted to tourist visits. The village, built entirely on stilts, is located on Lake Tendane. If possible, make your trip during the rainy season when the waters of the lake are at their highest, but avoid Thursdays, the sacred day of the village. For a walk around Nzulezo, allow at least 3 hours (including a good hour of a very nice pirogue trip). The entrance to the village costs GHC 20 per person, GHC 15 for students and volunteers.
