NATIONAL MUSEUM

A remarkable museum to visit, so rich and diverse are the collections. You can find kente cloth, old coins and banknotes, masks, sculptures, musical instruments, royal stools... The staging of certain periods of history even allows for some fantasy (visit the room of no return, in the section devoted to the slave trade). It is a pity, however, that the museum exhibits so few ga objects. On the other hand, Akan culture is widely presented throughout the visit.
