Percy (named local composer William Percy French) at the entrance to the imposing Slieve Donard Hotel, on the edge of Newcastle beach. The building offers a huge and no less warm space inside with its bar (and a wooden terrace) and the dining room. Chef Alan Murdock with a gourmet cuisine.
