Situated on the waterfront in an old mill, Il Vicolo is a room full of character with exposed stonework and, above all, excellent food. It is probably the best Italian restaurant in Galway, with authentic dishes that are a pleasure to eat, and delicious cicchetti in addition to an excellent selection of wines made by the epicurean owner Gerry McMahon. And like any good Italian, their coffees are also delicious. For lovers of steaming espressos and smooth cappuccinos!
