It was then called Pasta Mista, evoking the fresh pasta prepared by the family, a tradition still alive today. In fact, you can still find recipes from their early days. Homemade pasta (gluten-free option), focaccia panini, fresh ravioli and pizzas made with dough that has risen for 72 hours are all on the menu at this charming family-run restaurant.
