A long-distance hiking trail through the Burren, Ballyvaughan, Liscannor, Lisdoonvarna and the Cliffs of Moher.
The Burren Way is a 98km route (or 116km with the Black Head loop). It takes you through a wild, rugged and chaotic limestone landscape; through majestic wildflower terraces, neolithic remains, churches and Christian sites. This long-distance walking route traverses the Burren - from Ballyvaughan on the Burren's northern coast to Liscannor in the south-west, via Doolin, Lisdoonvarna and the Cliffs of Moher. The last part of the tour is mainly on road.

Plateau de Burren
Paysage incroyable tant il est improbable ! Les couches karstiques nous laissent réellement penser que nous sommes situé sur un paysage lunaire.

Durand mon été 2016 , je suis passée dans cette journée qui n'est pas toujours retenue par les touristes et bien c'est une erreur. C'est juste magnifique et cette route est magique , on longe la côté au plus prés , on passe sous BLack Head , ce plateau calcaire à quelque chose de surnaturel . C'est une région qui gagne à être connu . Il faut absilument s'arrêter à Doolin , où il y a de super pub.
