This seaside village is named after a local stone used in the construction of walls, floors and roofs. From Liscannor, you can reach Hag's Head, the southern end of the Cliffs of Moher, from where you'll enjoy superb views. To get there from the village, take the cliff road for 5 km and then, 500 m after Moher Lodge Farmhouse, take a path that climbs to the left. We recommend you leave your car at the top of the hill. Another option for admiring these natural wonders and enjoying breathtaking views is to board a ferry at the village port.
