In a room with a superb contemporary decor, the cuisine prepared by Michelin-starred chef Oliver Dunne is a bold blend of Irish and French flavors. The dishes, simple yet innovative, vary according to the season and therefore to market produce. On our visit, we liked the yellowfin tuna with Sichuan marinade and the roast duck. The attentive staff offer sound advice on the wine list. An affordable gourmet address that also offers good cocktails and an excellent weekend brunch.
