7 km west of Cirebon, Trusmi is a village of craftsmen known for its tuli batiks, some of the most beautiful in Indonesia. They are Chinese-inspired, with contrasting colors. The most famous motifs are "rocks and clouds", "blue and red birds" and "lions and trees". You can also visit various workshops where visitors can learn the art of batik and traditional dyeing techniques. The village is also home to a small craft market where visitors can buy local products, including batik, or wood carvings.
