A seawater pool, secluded beach and bungalows that are comfortable, affordable and simple.

This small haven of peace is isolated on the sand tongue between ocean and lagoon, away from the centre. Six themed bungalows (Japanese, Chinese, zebra...) are planted between the coconut trees, affordable and simple, but comfortable. The living room with piano and library honors African arts. Terrace overlooking the lagoon. The resto-plage serves delicious specialties such as fish fillet with chickpeas and caramelized bananas. Its asset: its large seawater swimming pool and secluded beach. Pedal boat, canoe, boat trip...

Me and my husband cable-stayed there a couple of nights. Although the scenery is beautiful, guests who have to Be careful of the staff. In the morning, they will ask your room keys to clean your bungalows. We acentuado that it was safe because they ask for the keys and, with European prices, you would expect has serious service. We like back the night to find that nap our our things that we left in the room were stolen (computer and Internet key). When we tried to solves to matera with the owner, we found that they DO POINT take any responsible for the belongings of guest that overnight stays - we were very disappointed and our holiday was ruined.

Moreover, our bungalows had broken curtain poles and the smell of humidity is EXTREMELY fort. They give you only 2 small towels and 1 small soap, and super matt No. Water and electricity also who hiding during our stay, that is pretty normal in Abidjan, but not in have place that expense £50 has night!

Breakfast and in general, all the standard of this place DO POINT MATCH the price - pretty decadent french style!

Gran Bassam is year awsome place drank go somewhere else to stay. Just 3 words for the House of the lagoon: AVOID AVOID AVOID
