The largest private clinic in Abidjan, PISAM began in 1985 and long formed a sub-regional hospital care reference. This private clinic has a few very good specialists, but the service can sometimes suffer from some neglect, especially at the level of reception (a classic in the hospital, once again, Côte d 'Ivoire is far from an isolated case in this matter) and the settlement of benefits (long and tedious).
