A small, family-run hotel near Banco Park, the Détente Hotel acts as a quiet oasis in the middle of a popular neighborhood. Rooms are modern, air-conditioned and cozy, with walk-in showers and wifi. Two more luxurious suites have a whirlpool bath. A pleasant terrace on the first floor, the bar and its rattan lounge in the inner courtyard, good food in the restaurant, a warm welcome and a very good value for money compensate for the hotel's remote location and the poor condition of the roads leading to it.

FLEE THIS HOTEL DOES NOT DESERVE YOU. Disappointed! ..... of how to act. Everything is good to win a little more. After a stay of 14 days my plane being at 11:55 p. m. I decide to leave the hotel at 6 p. m. At first I was told to make me pay a full day more. . the invoice is already ready with a full day breakfast included… After discussion I'm still invoiced for half a day. … After a stay of 14 days the second stay of 14 days in 9 months. No commercial action. … Besides one night a man came into the room because the reception made a very big professional mistake….They got the keys wrong. My wife had the fear of his life and was never able to surrender and the nights after you imagine the anguish and a simple "excuse me"… from the reception… He doesn't care about their customers, because with the greatest of all the pettiness you'll never hesitate to leave at 6 p. m….… without even thinking for one moment of the fault and its consequences...... that they have made my wife suffer… A true sense of trade demonstrated by this way of acting. … Well I don't like it. … So I would never return to this hotel because of that. Certainly too many clients not to consider attendance. … loyalty and their fault…especially...... I come 2 times a year see 3 times now for about fifteen days each time… competition will be a pleasure to welcome me. …The staff were very friendly and helpful. … but I find this way of acting inconcensible unrelated to customer loyalty if this word still makes sense… I really doubt that. … So in conclusion = RUN THIS HOTEL HE DOES NOT DESERVE YOU A GOOD HEARING. .....
