Concept 3 in 1 (yoga and fitness course, healthy coffee restaurant, shop dedicated to yoga practice) centered around yoga and wellness, the Oasis Yoga Club, born of a family project, opened its doors in April 2017 at the Plateau and positioned itself as a "haven of peace and…" better life. His founder, Zeina Jebeile, a graduate in Health Sciences at Boston University, is dedicated to guiding those who want to create a better world and a healthier and healthier environment. Modus operandi? An inclusive structure offering several course options to meet the expectations of each client type: Whatever your age, level of physical activity, degree of flexibility or time constraints, here you will find footwear at your feet, and more affordable rates. In music or in the light of candles, courses are delivered by a team of professionals with contagious energy from diverse backgrounds and rich years of experience. In harmony with the spirit of the site, Oasis Restaurant (see "Abidjan" /Se restore/Plateau/Good tables) offers healthy and light menus, gluten free and vegan preponderance (opinion to matcha amateurs, generously enhanced by home preparations). As for the shop, dedicated to the practice of yoga and its art of living, you will find towels, clothing and accessories, beautiful carpets to colored printed by the graceful mistress of places, sports accessories, superfoods and organic teas. Frankly? A must!
