Facing the old fort and museum of UAQ, this center exhibits the archaeological remains of mainly French excavations. In 2012, UAQ was the site of the discovery of the oldest fine pearl in history, dating back to 5500 BC. The artifacts are divided into two rooms. The first features objects dating from the Neolithic to the Iron Age. The second is reserved for finds from the Emirates' largest archaeological site: Ed-Dur.
