This Sharjah enclave lies between the border with Oman and the Emirate of Fujairah. In a world of water and greenery, the mangrove of the Khor Kalba lagoon, recognized by the Ramsa Convention as a wetland of prime importance, includes the oldest mangrove trees in the Emirates. Numerous bird species can be observed here, some of them very rare, such as the Russian hypola and the white-necked kingfisher. On the other side, the immense fine-sand beach stretches out before you, unspoilt, preserved, sublime... and the best way to enjoy it is to spend the night at the eco-responsible lodge located between sea and mangrove.
