A churrascaria is a culinary tradition originating in Brazil, Portugal and Morocco. It's a restaurant where meats (in Dubai, beef, lamb and chicken) are grilled and served at will by men dressed in traditional garb, known as gauchos. The atmosphere is Latino. A wood fire, or fogueira in Portuguese, lights up the 35th-floor terrace with its splendid view of the Marina. The view, the ambience, the excellent quality of the meats and the buffets - it's all amazing!
