Thalasso, hammam, swimming pool and Japanese baths on the seafront at Luc-sur-Mer
This institute delivers on its promise, taking you on a journey from Japan to the land of A Thousand and One Nights, by way of the ocean. Treatments and sculpting correspond to the corner of the world chosen, from the traditional seaweed thalasso cure to the Nuka scrub and Berber treatment. The swimming pool is a little small and outdated, and could do with some freshening up. The Japanese baths are a great success, with their Asian atmosphere and three baths (from the coldest to the hottest!). The oriental hammam is a real change of scenery, even if it too could do with some renovation.

Lensemble hammam, piscine, bain japonais est simpa. Bon moments de détente.
Éviter le massage / modelage libre zone pied dos de 20 min. Aucun intérêt, autant demander à son conjoint de le faire il se débrouillera certainement mieux. L'esthéticienne nous badigeonne d'huile sans odeur, et faits des mouvements toniques sans réellement être efficace pour un bien être ou détente. Nous sommes deux amies à avoir fait ce soin et avec le même ressenti
