Among the shops in the Toverhallerne market, Tante T specialises in tea. A hundred varieties of white, matcha green, oolong, black and scented teas are available for sale. Noble dried leaves cannot be prepared without the right accessories, or without knowing the rules of the trade or other ceremonies associated with your favourite drink. You can also taste on the spot, there is a small corner tea room which looks like the living room of Aunt... T and a pleasant terrace where you can relax and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

This store, opened in 1835 by Niels Brock Perch, is a historic address. Seven generations of tea lovers have succeeded each other in this store on Kronprinsensgade, the eighth oldest store in Copenhagen. Notice the beautiful listed façade of the building built in 1805: Ionic pilasters flanking the three central bays of the first and second floors. Upstairs, a tea room welcomes you to taste a wide selection of teas, more than 150 varieties, (to take home or to offer!) of exceptional quality and very aromatic.
