This hostel will appeal to all those who want to try traditional Danish cuisine.... And therefore the herring! At lunchtime, the buffet is a good option, not very expensive, as it allows you to taste the different recipes, about ten of them served with small potatoes, rye bread and butter. Finally, to conclude a Danish meal worthy of the name, there is nothing like a glass of aquavit. The house has about twenty fruity or spicy eaux-de-vie in its reserves. Every year in February, the Nordic herring championship is held here!

En visitant Nyhaven
Arrêt gourmand au bord de l'eau, où nous avons dégusté Smorrebrod et autre spécialités. Addition un peu élevée.

Restaurant situé le long d'un canal proche de l'hyper centre de Copenhague. Un buffet d'entrées et de plats avec notamment une dizaine de variétés de hareng fumé (spécialité de la maison) et les célèbres Smorrebrod danoises en accompagnement. Dommage que l'addition soit aussi salée que le hareng ! Le service est courtois.
