Elegant, refined cuisine based around the Danish snack specialty: Smørrebrød. The ambience and decor are pure: blond wood and light colors. The waiters are attentive to your every need: a successful bistronomic establishment that offers a great deal of freedom. There are two options: eat in or take away! Don't panic if you haven't had a chance to try it out: three other addresses await you: Østerbro, which only does takeaways; Kokken, the group's third-born restaurant; and the one at Copenhagen airport!
