T-bone, entrecote, tartare, carpaccio... You will find here black angus beef in all its forms. The meat, which comes from animals reared in the Carpathian pastures, is of very good quality. When matured, it is cooked in a charcoal oven, which gives it a special flavour. The atmosphere is nice and friendly, the decoration very contemporary with elegant retro touches. A must for carnivores passing through Sibiu.
