Chongchon hotel is one of the few establishments in the region that accept to welcome foreign tourists. Although a bit shabby, it is still a good choice in the vicinity of Mount Myohyang. You need to inquire about when hot water is available. It has a small bar where beers are cheap and fresh! The staff is helpful and accommodating and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible despite the frequent power cuts.
