There is nothing better than enjoying a hotpot when it is cold! For those who would not be familiar with this dish, it is a kind of typical Asian fondue where everyone is boiling his food in a small gas-heated pot... and the Koreans are fond of it! Vegetables, meat and fish are usually used according to what the restaurant offers. Each food has in theory its ideal cooking time and the guides will be able to inform the novices about the matter. The broth in which the food is boiled can have different flavours (nature, chicken, beef...), but especially several levels of spices. Inquire beforehand to avoid surprises! Note that the thin slices of meat have a very short cooking time so, try not to forget them (as there is a risk of having a plastic texture meat...). Also note that the restaurant is almost on all organised tours so, it is a positive note!
