Adjacent to the family-run Hotel Kastanienhof, and open to all, the Ausspanne opened its doors in April 2016. Lovers of German cuisine, this is where it all happens! Every evening, you can enjoy traditional dishes concocted by chef André Pilz at very reasonable prices. On the menu, for example, Berlin-style veal liver à la berlinoise simmered with onions, apples and mashed potatoes, etc. The Hauptmann family and their team are very friendly and welcoming: an excellent address to discover, whether or not you are staying at the Kastanienhof.
