A former German castle built between 1710 and 1712 by Margravina Sybilla Augusta, reflecting the Baroque influence of the period.

This famous castle is a testimony to the baroque influence of the time. It was built between 1710 and 1712 by the Margravine Sybilla Augusta, widow of the Turkenlouis. Schloss Favourite is the oldest German "porcelain castle" and the only one to have been preserved in its original form. The rich collection of Chinese porcelain is absolutely remarkable.
