Far from the classics, this Japanese restaurant offers a cuisine of rare refinement. Chef Toshiharu Minami, trained in Germany and Japan, likes to mix genres. While sushi, tempura and miso soups have become almost commonplace in Japan, Minami does not hesitate to surprise by introducing veal or pumpkin in his salmon or tofu recipes. The sober, calm and elegant restaurant is a choice setting for these fresh culinary creations worthy of a great table.

Es liegt wahrscheionlich an die Zutaten (Edamame, Süßkartoffeln, Reis, ...), die mehr als in anderen Gourmet Restaurant "füllen".
Es war generell lecker aber manchmal fehlte dieser kleiner plus, der für einen "wow-Effekt" sorgt.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Ich hätte gerne die Weinbegleitung genommen aber ich musste leider fahren.... deswegen kann ich keine Bewertung dafür geben.
Der Aperitif Yuzu-Spritzer war sehr erfrischend und der Sake war auch lecker.
