This hotel is an old mansion once owned by businessman Hajj Ali Askar Shirazi. Four generations followed one another before this impressive building took the form of a spacious hotel of high standing. The entrance is a narrow alleyway with high walls. The different rooms of the building have unique features, each decorated with paintings on the walls and ceilings of prominent Shiraz painters. The hotel also has a restaurant with a menu that everyone can enjoy.
