City of high mountain, Shar-e Kord is love in a high valley at 2 150 m altitude. This wild region, with its inhospitable nature, was originally populated by independent tribes, mostly composed of Lors and Bakhtiar, governed by/until the Islamic Revolution ended this feudal system in 1979. Little to report if it is the Palais Palace and the market, mostly frequented by men in traditional dress (very large floating trousers and caps on the head).
