More discreet than its neighbors or perhaps not well known, Hermanville is a station worth visiting. Rich in history, it conceals above all superb villas, the most famous of which, La Bluette, was built by Hector Guimard in 1889. This great designer of Art Nouveau (to whom we owe some famous mouths of the Parisian subway) was able to impose his style on this atypical house, with inlaid shells and stones, facing the sea. As you stroll along the dike and along the 1,800-metre-long family beach, you will discover other beauties of the kind that will take you as far as Lion-sur-Mer
