Hotel-restaurant with an undeniable cachet in Old Quebec with completely renovated and very comfortable rooms.

Don't be surprised by the double entrance: it leads to both the Chez Jules restaurant and the hotel. The fully renovated rooms are all very comfortable, with an undeniable cachet and refined decor. They all feature flat-screen TVs, shower baths with rainfall or jets or rainfall and jets (underfloor heating in most bathrooms) and small refrigerators. Close to the main thoroughfares of Old Quebec and the Château Frontenac.

Great customer care, beautiful building, incredible location and access to all things Old Quebec and beyond. Very grateful for the hospitality and wonderful home for 6 nights.

My flight was significantly delayed, so I contacted the hotel, and the employees were very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to do a late night check-in. My room was cute, however one of the lights in the bathroom flickered on and off. Additionally, although there was a dead bolt on the door, there was not a slot for it to slide into, so it was useless. Water pressure was excellent, even in the attic room I was in! The view was lovely, the room was clean. The stairs were formidable, but not impossible.

Amazing location, really easy to walk to everywhere in old quebec. We got the room in the attic and had a view to the chateau, just be mindful of the stairs if you plan on bringing luggage. Great service as well.

Nous y sommes présentement. Très déçu de cette auberge. Nous nous sommes fait dire que nous avions une très belle chambre, la suite de luxe. La chambre est très petite. Je dois frotter le mur pour aller sur un côté du lit. Nous n'avons pas de foyer. La salle de bain est minuscule, nous avons un bain douche avec une vitre qui bouge et ouvre. Il y a de l'eau qui se propage au plancher et rempli la salle de bain. Le frigo est tellement petit et pas froid.

Le restaurant La bûchesse maintenant, nous avons eu le petit déjeuner compris lors de notre réservation. Nous n'avons pas été impressionné. Le café n'est pas inclus et oui ont chargé 6.50$ le café et si nous en voulons un 2e, ils chargent à nouveau 6.50$. Il n'y avait pas de feve aux lards, pas de beurre d'arachide, j'ai réussis à avoir de la confiture après l'avoir demander à un serveur. Le Bacon qui nous a pas été préciser est des grosses tranches de lard épaisse. Nous n'avons pas touché. Nous avons donné un 5$ de pourboire et la serveuse est aller dire à sa collègue qu'elle a eu seulement 5$ de pourboire. Nous étions même pas sortit encore. Très ordinaire.

Nous avons payé 300$ la nuit et nous ne sommes pas impressionné. La seule chose de positif est son emplacement.
