The secret of this restaurant is the making of the pizza dough, thin and crispy. Here, all the ingredients - and even the wines - are meticulously chosen, for the most part organic and from local suppliers: meat from the Eumatimi butcher shop, goat cheese from Cassis et Mélisse... The owner, a Frenchman, tried out this winning recipe in Lille before moving to Quebec City. The menu also includes fresh pasta and homemade sauces. Food lovers beware: the tiramisu is one of the best in town!
