This is the place to go in Quebec City to enjoy a good ramen dish executed in the purest Japanese tradition. Every day, fresh noodles and homemade broths are prepared on site. A dozen options are offered with different types of broth: soy sauce, miso, miso-kimchi, miso-vegetarian. Let yourself be tempted by the tsunami, the Japanese equivalent of tapas. There is a nice selection of Japanese drinks, including sake and umeshus (plum liqueur), as well as ice creams with unusual flavours (matcha, soy sauce, sesame).

Allez-y!! C'est excellent!
Tout est parfait dans ce restaurant, les ramens, les entrées et desserts sont tous très bons. Les prix sont abordables et le service toujours impeccable. Seul bémol: la file d'attente! On ne peut pas réserver et c'est un restaurant très populaire. Mais si vous ne voulez pas faire la file vous pouvez prendre à emporter.
