The Auberge Saint-Antoine restaurant concoct culinary wonders with the products of its farm and Quebec terroir.
Chez Muffy works according to the "farm to fork" philosophy, featuring products from its own farm on Île d'Orléans as well as from other producers in the province. A bistronomy cuisine that draws on French and Quebec inspirations, all in an updated version under the guidance of chef Arthur Muller and co-chef Alex Bouchard. Here we also opt for slow cooking techniques: braising, roasting, canning and grilling, whether from the land or the sea. A fertile and friendly ground.
