Le Pied Bleu is a charcuterie and bouchon Québécois inspired by Lyon. We recommend "le tour de tripes", a 14-course sharing menu, and the tasty homemade cheeses. A playful and convivial cuisine, the slate features offal, meat and fish, not forgetting the famous boudin, worthy of an AOC, which has won five medals in Mortagne-au-Perche, France. Also well worth a visit are the bar's home-made charcuterie (to take away or enjoy on the premises), and its "cabanes d'automne" (autumn cabins), which are being set up in various locations across Quebec.

Établissement de type bouchon lyonnais. Cuisine copieuse et service plus que décontracté. Déclinaison de tout les produits du porc. Mets à emportés aussi disponibles.
