This company has been offering exceptional fishing trips in Nunavik for over 40 years. You can fish for native speckled trout and sea trout at Tunulik II camp (Arctic char fishing is sometimes available, especially at the end of the season). Packages include almost everything, including airfare from Montreal to Kuujjuaq and transportation to the camp, but you must provide the fishing equipment (see website for details). A great reference in the field!
