The pub at the Saint Saint-Arnould allows you to explore the variety of locally brewed beers in addition to offering an excellent menu for energy. Its pub-pub offers pizza with beer unleavened, burgers, gueules, but also host tables (Thursday to Sunday) and many dishes cooked with homemade beer. Hop hop, try black gold, one stout with marked flavours of coffee, or the Bishop, an aromatized brunette with honey.

Sébastien Houle, the artist at the helm of this restaurant, is well known in the field. Just take a look at the awards and mentions he has received over the past few years! On the menu, an inventive cuisine, a balance of flavors and a great regional authenticity. Here, seafood from the Atlantic coast is combined with local Quebec products for a most successful marriage. The wine list is a gem and the sommelier also does private imports. A gastronomic address full of flavors that deserves a visit!

A relatively new address on Tremblant's culinary scene, this is a very pleasant gourmet experience, and one worthy of the trattorias of Italy. The fresh homemade pastas and wood-fired pizzas are pure delight, as is the fine selection of antipasti to whet your appetite. There's also an excellent wine list, and the staff know a thing or two about wine to advise you. Mention should also be made of the restaurant's design, which uses raw materials to give it an industrial-chic look. We'll definitely be back!

A festive après-ski venue, The Shack can seat over 200 people. It offers American family cuisine with a wide range of starters (including onion soup au gratin, a winter treat), burgers and sandwiches of all kinds, lunch salads, mac & cheese, fish & chips, grills and smokehouse dishes, all in a rustic setting. In summer, you'll enjoy a privileged view of the concerts on Place St-Bernard from the terrace, while in winter, you'll spend your après-ski around the outdoor fireplace.

LA CABANE À TUQUE

An ideal place for those who do not claim to be carnivores, this cabin is an eco-vegan alternative to the traditional sugar shack, in addition to being installed in an ecological house that welcomes only 35 guests. Among other things, we offer vegan greaves, marinated beets, millet and vegetable tourtière, vegetable egg temp'oeufs (homemade tempeh in omelette style), "pas de lard" beans or buckwheat and spelt pancakes with fruit compote. Due to the privacy of the premises, a reservation is required.

Everything is prepared with precision on a menu that changes with the seasons and new arrivals. Bonus: the restaurant has a very respectable wine cellar, including natural wines and Quebec vintages.

The bistro-bar, located on the 1st floor, offers a simpler menu, live music groups and entertainment in season. Large terrace with a view of the Place Saint-Bernard.

One of our favorite Tremblant addresses, this restaurant definitely puts us in the Savoyard mood, thanks to its typical mountain chalet decor and the scent of cheese that tells us we've come to the right place. La Savoie offers, as its name suggests, a selection of Savoyard specialties, including fondues (cheese, red wine, etc.), raclette and pierrade. And here, everything is prepared according to the rules of the art! A fine wine list accompanies everything, and service is attentive and professional. Don't forget to book in advance.
