That happiness! If there is something to make (except for going to see whales of course...) during your stay in Québec, it is a day in a spa. An experience more than relaxing. Whether in summer or winter, it is still a very pleasant moment. To go to snow in shirt when it is -20 outside and truly exceptional. I had to make several spas in Québec because I became a lover and I can tell you that this one is particularly pleasant. Silence is order, massages and good food is nice too!
