To start the day on the right foot in Percé, a break at Tempête Café is a must. And the staff here REALLY know their stuff when it comes to specialty coffees. Roasters such as Tambour Café, Brûlerie du Quai, Monark Micro-torréfacteur and Fantôme Café are proudly represented here, to drink on site or take away.
