Located in the heart of downtown, this bistro-bar is a well-known gourmet address for locals and visitors alike. On the plate, fish and seafood unsurprisingly take center stage in dishes such as the famous shrimp poutine, lobster club sandwich, fish & chips or Gaspesian bouillabaisse. Snacks, pastas, pizzas, lunch salads and grilled meats complete the menu. To accompany the boustifaille, the bistro offers a fine selection of local beers and wines, mostly from Europe.

Un bon restaurant sans prétention en plein centre de Gaspé. La cuisine n'est pas originale mais bien réalisée. Le service est efficace et sympathique. Belle vue sur la rivière pour certaines tables. Le soir où nous y étions, concert avec un groupe local. Prix corrects. Je recommande.
