Denis Hamon, an artisan of flavors, has opened his coffee roastery just outside Caen. Let the sweet smell of ground coffee beans guide you to a roasting workshop and tasting room. Here, the world's finest coffees are roasted by hand. Not to mention chocolates, ayurvedic infusions, coffee machines and other accessories! The aim is to reduce the number of intermediaries and ensure that producers are fairly remunerated. For those with a sweet tooth, weekday afternoons are for crêpes!
