MUSEUM OF VANCOUVER (MOV)

The museum is located on unceded territory of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations. Presenting the history of British Columbia through the explanations of archaeologists and ethnologists, it is very interesting to see old photos of Vancouver in the past, to learn that New Westminster was for a long time the capital of British Columbia and that Stanley Park was destined to be a military stronghold to protect the city from the Japanese!
