If the walls are clear, the chairs in pine and the lights from the soft chandeliers, it is in the plate and the glass that the colors explode! At Burdock, the chief and owner Andrea Carlson opened in May 2013 that small restaurant with one idea: products that nourish the soul, and the wine that reveals it. Epaulé by Matthew Sherlock, their very selective, very French and very natural wines is unique in Vancouver (champagne Champagne and Sorbée, Bernard Dutour in Chinon, domaine du Tue-Beef in Touraine…). Magic!
