On the 5th floor of the Novotel Deauville Plage, a 4-star hotel opening in 2019, the restaurant’s main asset is its breathtaking open sea view. A word of advice: make sure you make a reservation to be sure you’ll enjoy the view. Bathed in light during the day, more intimate in the evening, with the sunset as a bonus, the setting is a success. And to accompany the panorama, the cuisine is inventive, while aiming to please everyone. A chic bistro, but the lunch menu, served Monday to Friday, is a smart plan for Deauville!
