This trattoria hasn't changed its recipe since 1978; people come here for its pizzas. Over the years, Santa Lucia has become the Italian canteen for the stars during Deauville's equestrian events. This institution makes its pizzas in the Milanese style, using a wood-fired oven and a thick but airy dough. The menu is sure to win the loyalty of (almost) every pocketbook, in an often packed dining room that has recently undergone a facelift. From the four-cheese to the caviar pizza, the cuisine is generous, the quality of service rather random.
